has over 18 years experience in the forest industry. Prior to founding TM, he founded 3DEagleview, a multimedia animation company. He holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences with a concentration in Forestry.

has over 17years experience in the forest Industry. Garret is also founder and past-director of Woodland Managers Ltd based in Galway, Ireland. His role involved management of afforestation, forest road construction and timber harvesting programs. Their clients included institutional and private investors as well as local land owners. He holds a Bachelor of agricultural science degree from University College Dublin.

James is responsible for the company’s measurement software and ensures the efficient transfer of 3D stem files to the web based bucking optimisation software. James is a computer engineer with experience in embedded systems. He is a graduate of UCC with a BE (2002) and M Eng Sc (2005) in Electrical Engineering. He previously worked as a senior embedded software engineer for Moog Ltd before joining TreeMetrics in January 2010.

Conor is responsible for the development of the companies optimal bucking and supply chain optimisation systems. These systems have been delivered as a web based application to a number of customers over the past 6 months. The product is called The Forest Warehouse. Conor is a Computer Engineer with a particular interest in machine learning and intelligent systems. Before joining TM Conor worked as a Senior Engineer at Idiro Technologies developing new social network analysis products for use on massive social networks and in particular for use in the mobile telecommunications industry. He has a degree in Computer Engineering and a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Trinity College, Dublin. Conor has previously collaborated with TM and gained experience of the forest industry while working as a Post-Doctorate Researcher at the Cork Constraint Computation Centre (4C), University College Cork.

is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a Member of the Irish Taxation Institute. He began his career in 1984 in Craig Gardner (now PWC), where he spent 11 years. He spent the next 11 years in Anglo Irish Bank. In March 2007 he set up DBL Capital Partners, a firm specialising in bringing unique investment opportunities to select investors and in providing corporate finance and restructuring advice to companies and individuals. He started working with TM in October 2009.

Prof Eugene Freuder was the founding director of the Cork Constraint Computation Centre (4C) in the Department of Computer Science at University College Cork, Ireland. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in mathematics from Harvard and a Ph.D. in computer science from M.I.T. He is a Member of the Royal Irish Academy and a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence, and the European Coordinating Committee for Artificial Intelligence. He received the first Research Excellence Award of the Association for Constraint Programming and was the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Constraints journal.

Dr Glen Murphy earned a Bachelor of Science (Forestry) degree from the Australian National University in 1974 and a PhD in Forest Engineering from Oregon State University in 1987. He has written over 200 scientific publications and reports and has published a book targeted at small forest woodlot owners. Dr. Murphy is an internationally recognized and respected scientist. He has served on, or led, four international teams. He has also been an international forest industry consultant since 1993.
He has provided scientific advice to TM since early 2007 on approaches for improving value recovery along the forest to mill supply chain.
